Service Policy and Warranty
B&B Industries, Inc. warrants that products manufactured by them and described on this warranty, when operated according to the instructions contained within this warranty, will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.
The forgoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether oral written, or implied.
If, during the above mentioned warranty period, the equipment does not meet the warranty specified above, B&B Industries, Inc. will, at their place of business, correct any defect, either by repairing the defective part or replacing it, or by making available at the factory or at such a place seller may designate, a repaired or replacement part.
The liability of B&B Industries, Inc. to the purchaser arising out of the supplying of the equipment or its use, whether on warranty, contract, or negligence, shall not at any case exceed the cost of correcting defects in the equipment or part thereof, and upon expiration of the warranty period, all such liability shall terminate.
B&B Industries, Inc. shall, under no circumstances, be responsible for any loss of business or profit to the purchaser or any other consequential damages in connection with the sale of this equipment or any obligation under this guarantee.
The foregoing shall constitute the sole remedy of the purchaser and the sole liability of B&B Industries, Inc.
Equipment and accessories not manufactured by B&B Industries, Inc. are specifically not guaranteed by B&B Industries, Inc. but are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and B&B Industries' responsibility shall only be to the extent of said manufacturer to B&B Industries, Inc. if found defective by the manufacturer.
B&B Industries, Inc. does not assume any responsibility for improper use of the equipment or improper installation of any accessories sold by any other supplier and shall be deemed to void all warranties.
For warranty to be in effect, the warranty card must be returned to B&B Industries immediately on the date of delivery.
